When a cupcake loves a whiskey...

     Here at The Drunk Baker we love cupcakes, and cakes, and brownies and basically everything sweet. We also love whiskey. A lot. So we had a glass (five glasses), started baking and behold The Drunk Baker was born.  

     Originating in a kitchen on the north side of Chicago in 2014, we've been adding all kinds of booze to our baked goods ever since.  The Drunk Baker believes in using quality ingredients, creativity, and lots of taste testing to bring about the finest treats to make your taste buds sing. 

     Everything we make is gluten-free using our own gluten-free flour blend. We don't like to be exclusive so we often make our desserts dairy free and/or vegan, because we firmly believe no person should be without dessert.
